With over 20 years of experience training athletes, developing over 500 instructors, and building incredible teams, our philosophy is to safely and efficiently train athletes who want to improve without all of the waste you typically find at a big box gym. We were once instructors at large gyms and realized the inefficient logistics that create a barrier for athletes to improve. We offer accelerated instruction and believe we save our athletes and parents time and money while creating the proper foundations for gymnastics, tumbling, and cheerleading.
Our Private Lessons are split into 2 categories...private lessons and shared lessons.
1hr Private Lesson - $80/hr (Coach David or Coach Carley)
1hr Shared Lesson - $120/hr (Coach David or Coach Carley)

We are focused on providing the absolute best training environment and skill efficiency. Our students will receive instruction directly from the owners and executive staff.

1 Athlete
$80 - 60min lesson

U Academy Private Lessons begin with a consultation and overview of your child's ability to assess the most efficient and effective path forward.
-Client receives a 10min stretch/warm-up list to follow
-Client receives 60min of hands-on instruction tailored for each individual athlete.
-Athlete receives "steps to success" evaluation to offer a guide to effective improvement.
2 Athletes
$120 - 60min lesson

U Academy shared lessons are for friends! Get your buddies together for a fun and instructive setting with our incredible coaches.
-Clients receive a 10 min stretch/warm-up list to follow.
-Clients receive 60min of hands-on instruction tailored for each individual athlete.
-Athletes receive "steps to success" evaluation to offer a guide to effective improvement.
ALL INCLUSIVE

$25/lesson/child - classes of 6-8 students
